A year journey in trauma work for humans and horses has started!

The first swedish year journey in trauma work for humans and horses has started with 6 brave humans and 5 eager horses as participants and in about a week we’ll meet for the first weekend workshop. There we will dive into questions about what we need to create a safe environment to explore in, what traumas we as humans carry with us and how they show up in the world and in the relationship to our horses. We will paint our trauma tree to get an overview of the patterns we carry to give us a pedagogical ground from where we can explore trauma and trauma work for humans and horses together!

All the love, Lina

Ps. This unique exploration will also take place in Germany, Ingolstadt with start in April and in that group there are still spaces left
